Valley Community Management (VCM) has been owned and operated by the Surnamer family for more than 30 years. Currently, in the second generation of ownership, VCM’s caring and dedicated staff are committed to providing professionally run property management to all of our residents. Our residents are proud to call our communities home and we plan to keep it that way!
The Lehigh Valley is one of the fastest-growing regions in the Northeast. Our mission is to continue to provide secure, stable and desirable housing to options to Lehigh Valley residents seeking to take advantage of the employment and economic boom in the area, while still maintaining affordable housing.
Where you live should bring you security and stability, not surprises. What you’ve worked for and whom you care for should be in the hands of people you trust. When you’ve done your duty, your community should be managed by professionals who do theirs. We hope you’ll choose one of the VCM family of properties to call home!
